How does the site work?

You can view the quotes and the provider’s profile, as well as read feedbacks from other customers. You are under no obligation to accept any quotes.

How do I edit my listing?

Go to your account, once on the posted jobs page click on the particular job you want to edit. Then at the top right corner you will see an edit icon, click on it and you have the option to edit that particular job. You can only edit your job before the bid amount is agreed with transporter, once an amount is accepted and paid, you can't edit.

How do I delete my listing?

Go to your account, once on the posted jobs page click on the particular listing you want to delete. Then at the top right corner you will see a bin icon, click on it and you have the option to delete. When you delete your job transporter providers can no longer see and bid for it.

Why are some prices cheaper than others?

If a transport provider has other jobs in your area, multiple deliveries along the same route or on the way back home from another job. They can offer a reduced price as most of their mileage cost has already been covered. If that is not the case they may then charge full rate.

How do I accept a quote?

To accept a quote, please follow these steps: 1) Go to your posted jobs page and click on the job you want to go ahead with. 2) Click on show all bids, then select the bid you want to accept. 3) Once the bid is selected, you will see the blue “Accept” button, click on it. Please remember full payment is required at this point.

What do I do once I have accepted a quote?

After full payment is made you will then receive the transport provider’s full contact details. You can now contact them directly to discuss further collection and delivery details if needed.

How do I cancel my delivery?

If you need to cancel your delivery after having accepted a quote please speak to your chosen transport provider. Once you have accepted a quote all arrangements are made directly with thetransport provider so it is their service that you need to cancel. Once you have cancelled with the transport provider, please contact our customer service for more details.

Can I ask a transport provider a question?

Yes you can during the bidding process. Once a bid has come on your posted job, you can click the View Bid Message and have a conversation.We’ll notify you when you get a response.Please note that direct contact information for transport providers is not and should not be exchanged prior to the quote being accepted. Allcommunication with a transport provider before you accept their quote, should be done only via bid message.

My transport provider has cancelled, what can I do?

If after communicating with your transport provider and they are unable to complete the delivery, you should contact our customer services team as soon as possible. You will now have two options if your transport provider has cancelled: 1) Re-list your delivery By doing this you will be able to find a new transport provider and get your goods moved asap. 2) A refund of payment After contacting our customer services team you will be required to file for a refund. Refunds will be made after your request hasbeenlooked into and an administration charge will apply.

How do I know that I can trust the transport provider?

CarryGo feedback is a valuable tool in determining trustworthiness, as feedback is left by other CarryGo users after every transaction. Feedbacks can bepositive,negative or neutral depending on their experience. You can view a transport provider’s feedback rating by clicking on their name to view their profile page. This will not only break down their feedback score but you can also view actual comments left by users about the service they received.

How do I book and pay?

If you are happy with a quote you can book by clicking the accept button, this can be done on our website and app. You can then choose your preferred payment method, onceyou have done this you will now be able to get in touch with your chosen transport provider.

Do you vet the transport providers?

As transport companies sign up to CarryGo they have to provide proof of who they are in the form of vehicle insurance and driver’s licence. <br> We also ask for them to upload any insurance they have which is relevant to what they are transporting.

I've accepted the wrong quote, can I go back?

If you have accepted the wrong quote but have not yet paid the fee then you will be able to go back onto your listing and accept the correct quote. Simply click on the arrow at the top left corner to go back to the job, you can nowstart the accept process for the correct quote.

How can I get a refund?

You can get a refund if a transport provider cancels a confirmed booking or if you simply change your mind. However there are administration fees that will be deducted to cover the processing of such refunds. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information concerning refunds.

If I have a complaint, who do I direct it to?

All complaints should be sent to support@carrygo.co, you will then be contacted within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can call us on 017……. Our office is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday

How do I leave a feedback?

Once the job is marked as completed by the transporter you will get a notification showing the same. You will then have to confirm this in the app. Once you have confirmed it, you will have an option now to leave a feedback.

I no longer need quotes, how can I delete the request?

If you no longer require quotes from transport providers for whatever reason, please delete your request from the posted jobs page. Click on the job you want to remove, then at the top right corner you will see the bin icon, click and delete.

What if my items get damaged?

We advise the transport providers on our site togenerally use blankets and straps to protect your items during transit. On the odd occasion your item gets damaged you could claim using the transporters ‘goods in transit’ policy. You can ask them for details about this.

What if I can't find my address?

If you can't find your address from the suggested google drop down, please choice the closest address available for the drop down to yours. Then onces you have selected a transporter and paid, you can now give the transporter your exact address.

How do I sign up?

To register as a transport provider on the site you just need to fill in some details regarding your company, set a username and password and verify your account. Once that is done you’ll be ready to work in no time.

What do you charge to use the CarryGo platform?

We do not charge anything to come on board the platform using either our App or website.Whenever you place a bid you will be shown how much you will be paid, the amount you place is what you will get paid.

How Do I Bid?

Go to search deliveries, when you find a job you can do bid on it by clicking on the listing and this will open up the bid box, this is where you can enter your price. You can send any additional information in relation to your quote in bid message section, under the cost.

How do I search for jobs?

Once you have logged into your account, click on the search deliveries button. Then go through the list of jobs posted by customers and find the ones you can carry out. Please only quote for jobs you have the ability to do.

Since I registered I haven’t won a bid, what can I do to win more bids?

Try these following steps, they could help you win more jobs. 1) Put your picture on your profile, customers like to know who they are dealing with and you will appear more trustworthy. 2) Make sure your pricing is in line with the competition, when you 1st place a bid it is advised to put a competitive price, make it lower to attract customers. Once you've completed your first few jobs and have good feedback to match customers will be happy paying a higher price. 3) Bid on a high number of jobs, you may not be bidding enough, if you're new to the site you have frequent users to compete with. The more jobs you bid on the better chance you have to win a bid.

What documents do I need to verify my account?

1) Copy of your driving licence to confirm your address. 2) Certificate of vehicle insurance. 3) Goods in transit insurance. 4) Your certificate of incorporation (for registered companies). As an individual operator numbers 1-3 applies to you.

How do I get paid?

When a customer accepts your quote they pay CarryGo the amount you quoted for them. We then hold that money until he job is completed,once you complete the job, the customer and you have to inform CarryGo. When we get the notification from both of you, your payment will be made the next day. So inform us once the job is completed.

How do I contact the customer?

When bidding on jobs you can send a message to the customer using the Bid message once you click on “place your bid”. Once a customer accepts your bid you will be able to exchange contact details and communicate with them directly.
